crochet and some new critters
love to crochet dresses for my bears.
I never work with a pattern, just begin with a circle and move on,increase decrease, double crochet , single crochet is all you need to know. And crochet as you go :)
Then I try it on the bears, and then I can make a bear of the same pattern,in the right colour to match this dress.
Tattum and Witte, where my models here. Tomorrow Tattum travels to Austria, but now I know, that I can use his pattern to fit this dress.
And Witte is still looking for a home to stay, she is not yet adopted, such a sweet kitten .

Some of my newest critters, I hope they will accompany me to Brighton next weekend

I have done some stitching yesterday
Last week I ordered this book on Amazon.fr (free shipping to Belgium!) :)
here is the link
Such an inspiring book, I couldn't wait to make some stitches.
I often take my I pod with me when walking the dog, or riding on my bike, to listen to audiobooks.
and I made a pouch to handg round my neck, to hold my I pod, while listening.
Here it is,
I know it's a little bit over the top, overworked, but I see it as a stitching practice project. Could not resist adding a crocheted border, I loved to try that one out, (making a crocheted border on fabric)
I had collected some pretty images about that on my pinterest
Can't wait to watch some flowers and make some embroidery designs myself, here in my garden, endless possibilities.
I wanted to try out some embroidery with silk ribbon, but the problem (here in Belgium) is, that I never can find what I need(no embroidery silk ribbon to find in this little country) so I used synthetic ribbon, and that is not nearly as pretty, if anyone can recommend me a good internet supplier in Europe? please do, thank you.
