Things that keep us busy

The grass is always greener ;) at home!And so is the bear!

The grass is growing at a speed!!
My husband complains.
Where do I leave all this grass???
But I am very happy with this green cusion :)

And our Milan (Dog) really understand that he can not walk on the new grass, he is so smart!!

A big change

We have been working hard and have been very tired but we are also very pleased with the result!
This will be the clean base for a real garden!
We will leave it like this for this summer s that I can give myself the opportunity to work out some more ideas!
I am really already pleased!
I am glad I took pictures because I will soon forget all about our junkyard!

spring is in the air! And in the garden, but my garden is a junkyard. :(

First a springly picture and then the ugly ones!
I am not posting this to chase you all away, but just for myself in hope there will be improvement in a couple of weeks!
We almost live here for a year now and it really is time to start working in the garden!
Still all the work has to be done and a lot off work before we can even start!
We have to take out the old hedge before planting a new one etc. etc...

At this moment I feel like I am living in the middle of the street!
Everybody can see right in the house and before we lived all hidden away!

I want this "tucked in feeling" again!!!
HELP!!
Sinds the hedge is gone I don't sleep as good as I used to, could that be?
I have never lived so open in my life!

garden planning

No miniatures or crafting this week-end, but working in the garden.
I have been planning also, this is what I came up with.
You can see how it is and how I want it to be.
It is very difficult to plan a garden where you don't live yet, but I have to begin somehow!Because now is the season and I want to move my plants also!

These two where hiding in a flowerpot inside my living room. I found them when I was overwatering the plant.

spooky head

This are postings of the spooky face that hangs on our garage in the garden. This has to protect us from evil spirits. I think it might work. because we only have good spirits over here. The tooth are real human teeth I think. It has been bought in Switzerland. It had long black hear, but this has felled of. The original purpose of this face is to protect cattle.


The strange pattern (an air photograph of the amazon rain forest) on this door, are made by snails in the moss. I like this. The colors are so beautiful.
