ripple blanket

The new ripple blanket is almost finished, but putting in the treats is a big job and not a nice job.
It takes a lot of time because there are a lot of colors

Well, it is not actually a new house but an old house and our first house too,
because we are renting a house for the moment. The plan was in the air for a long time , to buy us a house. But we never had the time really, but now i toughed was the time to force it, because otherwise we would never do it, and we fell in love with this house to, so we did not have a choice.
I am so glad we did it. So this is the reason I did not blog for a long, long time.

We have a lot lot of work to do in the house, and we hope to have the key in about 2 months.
Some new windows, paint, handling a wet cellar etc....

new ripple & new desc

Today I bought a new desk. My old one was not really a desk and my legs did hurt pressing them under it.
It was just not good. An antique gate leg table but not suited to work on.
Today I bought one and I'm very happy with it.
A lot of working space on it. lovely, and it is still so tidy and clean! For how long??
I also started a new ripple last week for a little baby that is not yet born. I have 4 months to finish it. I hope I will manage.
