Time to start the new year in a relaxed way.
What better thing to do than loose time on the internet.I stumbled on this pretty blog
Here I saw this pretty "mermaid tears stitch"I found a good tutorial of this stitch on youtube "here"
but I changed the pattern a little bit, and made a small coin purse instead.
But the stitch itself is very well explained.

I am still going to line this purse and close it with a zipper.

It is not so hard to do, I made mine with a smaller size hook, than my tread, and that made it somewhat difficult. I was to anxious to start of :)
