how adorable i cannot believe what i see are they hedgehogs? we have something in australia as you probably know called an echidna which has long spines can curl in a ball, and it back feet point toward the back not the usual front!
Yes these are hedgehogs, However I did not take the picture myself, but I tought is was sooo cute!
I wll look up the Australian animal ;echidna, I dont know it. My favorite animal of Australia is a wombat. We have a few of them in Antwerp ZOO and they are lovely. Such strange animals. I once read in a magazin that you can keep them as a pet. Is this true?
Yes Danielle, you're so right, the cutest hedgehogs I've ever seen. You say you didn't take the picture yourself, does that mean you took it from the net? Or did a friend take the picture? Because I just wonder what happened to mama-hedgehog when they took her little babies... Did it attack? Did it curl up? Did it break down and cry for a moment... merely wondering.
