my grown ripple & border

I know it is very impolite to let a blog wait for such a long time. but I have my reasons. I have been away on a holiday in Sicily and I had a lot going on over here. I'm surprised I even post something wright now, because a week ago I was thinking of stopping it. I seem to have lost my interest in almost everything. Advise is always welcome. I have been sleeping "a lot" the last 10 days and this helps me. So here are the first pictures...

You can click on border and than you can see how it has been growing.

miss quilter

This Pelargonium is called miss quilter. Funny name, but I like the plant, it is so old fashioned. The painting is by Elisabeth heuff I hope she doesn't mind that I used it on my blog.

border, week by week

First flowers are showing, but the first year it will be a skinny border. Or how would you call this in English. Still I have a lot of satisfaction seeing the plants grow. I planted Nepeta (Kattenkruid)
and my cat tends to ruin this plant, she eats it,lies in it, sucks it...How do i stop her?

border week by week

Finally, it has started to rain. Not so nice but necessary. I hope it will not last for weeks, because it surely looks like it : (
When you press the label "border" underneath this picture, you can see all the photographs at once. Then you notice the progress.
